Founded in 1967, Yancheng City No.2 Glass Instrument Factory is a core enterprise of Yancheng City Huaou Industry Co., Ltd. and a member of the State Glass Instrument Standardization Committee. Mr. Chen Ruzhu, our chairman of the board and general manager is deputy director of the State Glass Instrument Standardization Committee and has presided and participated in the drafting and revising of the state standards of glass instrument. We were the first to be certified to ISO9001:2000 international quality system. Our glass instruments have been appraised as "Quality Certified Products" by State Glass Instrument Standardization Committee, "Jiangsu Provincial Famous Brand Products and "Key new products of China". Our high borosilicate glass instruments(material 3.3, since 2003) has passed the examination of the State Supervising and Testing Center for Light Industrial Glass Quality and Beijing Supervising and Testing Center for Glass and Ceramics. These instruments have been well favored by our customers for beautiful, transparent and bright appearances and are heat-resistant and durable. Our hexagonal-bottomed measuring cylinder developed by us has been issued with a practical new-type patent by State Patent Bureau and been appraised as "Key new products of China".
Our glass instruments include over 200 varieties and over 1,000 specifications, including burning instruments, volumetric instruments, bottles, vessels, condensers, thick tools, Funnels, pumping type, Standard joints and synthetic instruments, etc. Presently we have an electric melting furnace of borosilicate glass (material 3.3), an electric melting furnace of neutral high white material glass, an environmental friendly brown glass crucible furnace, 4 mechanized production lines of beaker and test tube, etc. Moreover, we are well equipped with all kinds of technical tools (lathe and grinder), standard measuring center and inspection center. We have strong comprehensive strength. Now, our products are well sold in 40-odd countries or regions in Europe, America, Australia, Southeast Asia, and The Middle East. We have been working hard to make innovations and carry out brand strategy completely.
